I like the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms everything seem to be very pleasant as in the seemingly quiet and easy to get peace except for the room 202 on down it's 30 teenage African Americans that have played my in front of myroom but they're in the room next door and right by the stairs and everywhere else and I'm really tempted to call corporate I suppose I'm sorry but I have called the front desk they definitely haven't done anything about it and I think It got way worse way way worse after I called the front desk but besides the un civilized peoplel I like this place is probably the my favorite stay in Hammond Louisiana thank you all very much just pay attention to the unevolved humans and please don't put me in the room next to them again because I lose my patience it is now at 9:21 p.m. and I checked in around 2:00 p.m. give or take and it's been all evening and early night thebang on their door and slamming the doo in front of my room talking loudly if you get this message like right now upstairs room no close to Taco Bell believe his room202-2??

The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. The bed was very comfortable with good clean linen. Breakfast was good, and if items were running low, they were quickly topped up by staff. The reception room/breakfast area was very clean and welcoming, and all staff were friendly. We had a very pleasant 4 night stay.

The location was close to family we were visiting. Close to a variety of restaurants and staurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. Breakfast was good. It met our needs and will stay there again. Friendly staff.

Liked the table and 2 chairs in our room. Gave us a place to have a snack and also work on our puzzle in the morning. Bed was comfy. Shower had good grab bars too.

At first, when pulling in the parking lot, there was hardly anyone there and we were thinking, oh no! It was a really bad first impression. HOWEVER, the room was super clean, huge, cool, staff was so friendly, location is close to interstate for easy travels and also close to good shopping and restaurants. Breakfast exceeded expectations with many choices including eggs, sausage, waffles, oats, grits, yogurt, coffee, other drinks...we had expected a continental breakfast... Shower was hot and pressure was good. Using price and quality for price as reasons to stay there, we definitely plan to stay there on our next trips to Hammond.

The floors were tiled instead of carpeted. While our pets are trained to go where we indicate, it was comforting to know that the floors were pet proof. I wish all hotels would use this method. I also liked that there was a private entrance as in motel rather than the requirement to cart our possessions through the lobby.

Room was great ! Location was perfectly located near restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was also very good!

The breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold food. I enjoyed being able to get some hot beverages at arrival time and during the evening! Great idea!

The size of the room was awesome! I love how the suite had a separate area that made it feel like 2 different rooms. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean.
